Trillium Property Development

Trillium Property Development builds high end housing developments in Detroit suburbs. Gordon Trillium has been attempting to acquire Stony Island for fifteen years. It's position off Belle Isle makes it ideal for exclusive development for a select few homes. Unfortunately it's owned by four families who have no intention of selling. Gordon Trillium isn't the kind of guy to let an opportunity like this go. When he met Dick Hamilton, who had found the obscure Lune Fish in Lake Erie, he was more than happy to fund a breeding program. The protected harbor on the north side of the island made a perfect place for spawning, so when the fry were released there five years ago, most of them returned when they reached maturity (those that didn't fall prey to the Northern Pike that are so common in the harbor). Trillium's plan is to purchase the properties from the heirs, who don't have the attachment to the property, or from the state, for those whose heirs were also killed by the Lune Fish.

Gordon is a member of the Alliance for Michigan's Future.
